  • 3 pounds Banana
  • 1 can Evaporated Milk
  • 1.25 cup Flour
  • 1 dash Salt
  • 1 block Butter Unsalted
  • 1 package A Blend Above Banana Cream Pie Mix


  • Preheat oven to 375º
  • Peel your bananas and mash them in a medium bowl. Spread the mashed banana over a 9 x 13 baking dish.
  • Pour can of evaporated milk over the bananas. Evenly spread over bananas.
  • Whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and Banana Cream Pie Mix in a separate bowl. Once mixed, evenly spread your mixture over the top of the evaporated milk. DO NOT MIX into the milk below.
  • Slice butter into thin pads. Place pads evenly over dry mixture. Cover the whole dish. If you need more butter, slice up some more!
  • Place in the oven. Bake for 35-45 minutes.
  • Serve! Serve it with ice cream for pure deliciousness!
