- 3 pounds Banana
- 1 can Evaporated Milk
- 1.25 cup Flour
- 1 dash Salt
- 1 block Butter Unsalted
- 1 package A Blend Above Banana Cream Pie Mix
Preheat oven to 375º
Peel your bananas and mash them in a medium bowl. Spread the mashed banana over a 9 x 13 baking dish.
Pour can of evaporated milk over the bananas. Evenly spread over bananas.
Whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and Banana Cream Pie Mix in a separate bowl. Once mixed, evenly spread your mixture over the top of the evaporated milk. DO NOT MIX into the milk below.
Slice butter into thin pads. Place pads evenly over dry mixture. Cover the whole dish. If you need more butter, slice up some more!
Place in the oven. Bake for 35-45 minutes.
Serve! Serve it with ice cream for pure deliciousness!
