Southwest Jalapeño Beer Bread Mix

You will need:

• 12oz of beer (may substitute 12 oz soda)
• 1/4 stick melted butter

Directions:

In a large mixing bowl, add bread mix and beer. Fold together gently until incorporated. Pour batter into a greased 9″x 5″ bread pan. Melt butter in microwave and pour over pre-baked loaf. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and bake for 45-50 minutes. Remove and let cool.

Caution: Contents will be hot.

Ingredients:

Flour (Bleached White Flour/Malted Barley Flour), Niacin , Iron (reduced), Thiamine, Mononitrine, Riboflavin, Folic Acid, Sugar, Jalapeño Powder, Paprika, Parsley, Onion, and Spices.
