- 10 Fresh Jalapenos
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup Cream Cheese
- 10 Slices of bacon, cut in half
Jumpin' Jalapeno Stuffers Directions
- 1. Cut jalapenos in half and gut the seeds and veins.
- 2. Acquire a mixing bowl and mix a package of A Spice Above Jumpin' Hot Jalapeno, with a 1/2 cup of cream cheese and a 1/2 cup of mayonnaise.
- 3. Fill the hollow peppers with the created mixture.
- 4. Wrap the stuffed peppers in bacon and use toothpicks to hold them in place.
- 5. Place each wrapped pepper on a baking tray.
- 5. Bake at 425 degrees until the bacon looks juicy and crisp. (10-20 minutes)
